How to delete your data from Reptly

Important Information

In accordance with Meta/Facebook policies for applications using the Instagram Graph API, we provide a mechanism for deleting user data. This page explains how to delete your data from Reptly.

1. Data We Store

When you use Reptly, we store:

  • Your account information (name, email)
  • Instagram Business Account ID and access token
  • Automation rules you create
  • Keywords and message templates
  • Interaction history (comments and DMs)
  • Usage statistics

2. How to Delete Your Data

1Via Dashboard (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your Reptly account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  4. Click the "Delete Account" button
  5. Confirm deletion by typing your account name
  6. Click "Permanently Delete"

Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your automations, keywords, and data will be permanently deleted.

2Via Email Request

If you cannot access the dashboard, send an email to:

To: privacy@Reptly.app
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Body: Include the email registered with your Reptly account

We will process your request within 7 business daysand send confirmation after the data has been successfully deleted.

3Revoke Instagram Access

To revoke Reptly's access to your Instagram:

  1. Open Instagram Settings
  2. Select SecurityApps and Websites
  3. Find Reptly in the app list
  4. Click Remove

Note: This only revokes Instagram access. Data in Reptly is still stored. Use Method 1 or 2 to completely delete your data.

3. What Happens After Deletion

Immediate

Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in.

Within 24 Hours

All your automations will be stopped and will not process new interactions.

Within 30 Days

All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our database, including backups.

Data Retention

Aggregated and anonymous data for internal statistics (without personal identifiers) may be retained for analysis and service improvement.

4. Data We Cannot Delete

Some data may remain stored due to:

  • Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with regulations (e.g., transaction data for tax purposes)
  • Security: Security logs to prevent fraud and abuse
  • Data on Instagram: Messages and comments already sent on Instagram cannot be deleted by us (only you and Instagram can delete them)

5. Recovery Period

We provide a grace period of 7 days after a deletion request. During this period, you can still cancel the deletion by contacting us atprivacy@Reptly.app.

After 7 days, the deletion process will continue and cannot be reversed.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a copy of my data before deletion?

Yes, you can export your data from dashboard Settings → Export Data before deleting your account.

How long does the deletion process take?

Account deletion: Immediate. Complete data deletion: Up to 30 days.

Will my subscription be refunded?

Please see our Terms of Service. Generally, there are no refunds for active subscriptions.

Can I create a new account with the same email?

Yes, after your data is completely deleted (30 days), you can register again with the same email.
